Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure smooth processing of all claims, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened. This may be required as proof for verification in cases of wrong, damaged, or defective products.

We aim to provide a transparent and reliable shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

1) Wrong Product Received

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact 
  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition 
  • Do not apply tape, labels, or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging 
  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery 
  • Once the incorrect item is received and verified, the correct product will be         dispatched within 5–7 working days 

2) Damaged or Defective Product

If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • A continuous unboxing video from the moment of opening the parcel is required as supporting proof for verification 
  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery 
  • The item will be inspected upon return then claim will get entertained 
  • Replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after verification 

 Important Notes

  • Customer will bear the cost for sending the parcel back for refund/replacement
  • To claim warranty, contact our customer care
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included 
  • No claims for accessories for both refund and replacement since all the accessories are without any warranty 
  • Items showing signs of use, physical damage after delivery, or missing parts may not be eligible for exchange 
  • Products are only eligible for exchange if the complete package is unopened in case of incorrect item
  • Claims without proper proof or verification may be rejected 
  • We reserve the right to inspect and verify all returned items before processing any exchange 
  • Final approval of all return/exchange requests remains at the company’s discretion
