We deliver all over Pakistan.
What are your delivery times?
For cities Rawalpindi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura and Kasur delivery time will be 24 hours(Mobile Phones only), and for locations other than the mentioned ones delivery time will be 2-3 business days.
How long would it take for me to receive my order?
We would make every effort to deliver your order within 2-3 business days.
Please note that AIRKART is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable; incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.
Why is my delivery delayed if I choose the following payment methods: (EasyPay)
To ensure fool proof and secure transactions, these payment gateways hold deliveries for 24 hours. As soon as we get a green signal from them, we dispatch the products immediately.
Is it necessary for me to provide identification when I receive the package?
Yes, it is. The authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package with their ID card details.
What should I do when I receive my delivery?
All AIRKART packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. We request you not to sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the items to you within few days.
If you find that the product in the box is tampered or missing when you open the package, please contact AIRKART Customer Service at +92 3 111 555 142 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Can I modify my delivery address?
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order when you receive a confirmation call for your order from our customer service representative.
What if my order is already in the process of being shipped, or already shipped?
You just have to contact our customer care; they will cater your cancellation.
Cancellation in case of Online payment:
If you want to cancel the order after the product has been shipped, you need to speak to Airkart customer care and make a request to cancel the order. After the order has been cancelled, the money will be refunded to debit card, credit card, or internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment); as per the policy of the merchant.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations requests should not be sent via email and will be approved as applicable and/or a service representative will call you to discuss. As needed, our representatives are able to assist with order adjustments and cancellation requests as well.
